JKL Returns Policy

We always like to get things right first time. On the occasion that we don’t, we’re here to help! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry – just check out our Refunds and Returns Policy below:

Non-required Items

You’re welcome to return an item for any reason, as long as:

  • You notify us of your desire to return the item(s) within 28 days of receipt
  • The item(s) must be in a resaleable condition – original unopened packaging, unmarked
  • The item is not a made-to-order or bespoke item

Note: We’re not able to offer refunds on food, drink, or PPE items for health and safety reasons. Thanks for understanding!

Look out for this icon when ordering online — it means goods are non-returnable.

Some office machines, appliances, and toners/inks may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee. Not sure? Give us a call on 0844 940 9410 and we’ll confirm.

Order Issues

Missing an item in your order?

If an item is missing, let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. It might be on backorder, delayed at the courier depot, or simply missed — we’ll help get it sorted!

Picking error?

If something unexpected turns up instead of what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours! We’ll collect the mix-up and send the correct item right away.

Item(s) damaged in your order

Oh no! If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ve got you. Let us know within 48 hours and we’ll sort it out. We’ll arrange a return and send a shiny new replacement (or issue credit). Your satisfaction matters!

Bespoke / Made-to-Order Items

We’re always happy to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Because bespoke or made-to-order items are created just for you, they’re not eligible for return, exchange, or refund — unless damaged on arrival.

Please double-check all details before finalizing your order, as special orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

Furniture Items

If you need to return furniture, we accept returns for items that are unused, unassembled, and still in original packaging — within 14 days of receipt.

Please keep in mind:

  • Do not use electric or power tools during assembly, as this may cause damage and void your return.
  • Approved returns may be subject to a handling/restocking charge — details will be provided when your return is approved.

If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, please let us know within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
